The Seventh Editorial Board on "Journal of Graphics" held the third meeting in Beijing. More than 40 editors including Professor Gang Zhao and Professor Guoping Wang, the Deputy Chairman and Secretary General of China Graphics Society and the Chief Editor of "Journal of Graphics", respectively, and editorial staff attended. We discussed the characteristics of "Journal of Graphics", and insisted on dedicating the high-quality developments and scientific researches, and supported researchers publish their papers in Chinese journals. The annual paper awards from 2017 to 2018 and outstanding reviewer awards in 2019 were also announced. It was my honor to win the "Outstanding Reviewers" and I will continue to serve the "Journal of Graphics" as an editorial board member and a reviewer.

A new section has been added to the "Research" Section entitled "Research on the BIM-based Safety Management Technologies for Large Public Buildings during Operation and Maintenance", which is a brief introduction to the project achievements on safety management technologies for large-scale public building during operation and maintenance phase supported by the National Science Foundation of China since 2015. Any comments are welcome.

A new research article entitled "A Data-Driven Approach to Improve the Operation and Maintenance Management of Large Public Buildings" has been published in IEEE Access. This study was one of the achievements of BIM application on Operation & Maintenance of MEP projects. Because of the large volume and poor quality, as well as a lack of effective data analysis techniques, operation data of MEP projects are rarely analyzed and translated into useful knowledge for O&M decisions. This study presents a data model, which is named as datacube with multi-dimensional and unrestrained characteristics, for these data to better support data mining algorithms. The model organizes all the different data in both relational database and in the memories and is able to support analysis-requirements-oriented data extractions. Based on this datacube, an O&M data mining approach is proposed with procedures of data preparation, data clustering and data mining. The proposed datacube-based data mining approach was applied to the Kunming Chang Shui international airport terminal. More than seven years on-site repairing data were used for data mining and the outcomes verified the model and the approach to be feasible and valuable for improving O&M management.
