The latest software achievement of our research group, "Intelligent Monitoring System for Floating Fan Structure Health", has obtained the copyright registration certificate of computer software (registration number: 2023SR0167488).
The system is mainly oriented to the structural health monitoring of the offshore floating wind turbine, and provides a platform for checking the structural status of the floating wind turbine and simulating the structure of the floating wind turbine. Users can browse the various parts of the floating fan through three-dimensional interaction, and can also simulate and analyze the structure related to the floating fan on the interactive interface, so as to realize the overall control of the structural performance of the fan.
The system is composed of data management module, structural force analysis module, three-dimensional graphic display module, user interaction interface and other main modules. The data management module extracts and manages the required model and monitoring data from 3D model files or sensor monitoring data files; The structural stress analysis module is used to calculate the deformation and stress distribution of the structure under given load conditions. 3D graphics display module realizes real-time visualization of 3D model and structure state. User interaction interface module is used to deal with mouse, keyboard and other user input, and realize the interactive display of 3D model.
The main developers of the system include doctoral students Liu Yi and Min Yantao and master's student Ning Houchun, with guidance from Zheng Xiangyuan, a researcher at the Institute for Ocean Engineering, Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School. The research was supported by the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Team Project of the Guangdong Regional Joint Foundation, the Key Project of Stability Self-help for Shenzhen Institutions of Higher Learning and the China Institute for Ocean Engineering (Qingdao).
