The National Science Review (NSR) has published the top 10 most-watched papers online in 2021, as of March 31, 2023.

Among them, the research group's paper "Discharge of treated Fukushima nuclear accident contaminated water: macroscopic and microscopic simulations" came in second at Altmatric with a score of 143. See link for details.

The Altmetric Score is a measure of how widely and deeply scientific research has reached the public. The Altmetric Score of a paper is weighted by the number of times the paper has been reported by news and blogs, the number of times it has been exposed by social networks, the number of citations on Wikipedia, and the number of peer reviews after the paper was published. The media channel with the highest score weight is news and blogs.

Analysis and Mining of Real-time Monitoring Data from Shield Machines has been included in the journal Tunnel Construction.

A shield is a machine that uses a shield to resist the surrounding earth pressure and then excavates under the shield. On the one hand, monitoring parameters such as propulsion speed, total thrust and cutter head speed reflect the working state of the shield. Based on appropriate monitoring parameters, the shield will record a large number of process data during tunneling. On the other hand, the excavation process of the shield also needs a lot of geological and geographic information as support to evaluate the working state of the shield. How to use these parameters, data and complex geological and geographic information to evaluate or predict the performance of shield is one of the important problems in the field of shield.

Firstly, data analysis and mining techniques are used to preprocess the monitoring data. Then, with the help of association rule analysis method and improved Apriori algorithm, the relationship among more than ten parameters in shield construction is analyzed and mined, and the typical association results are explained, which verify the mastered laws, correct misunderstanding and discover the potential unknown laws. Finally, based on classification and regression tree algorithm, the real-time prediction of the stratum where the shield machine is located is made, and a threedimensional geological model is built to interpret and apply the prediction results. The results show that the classification model can reflect the stratum information more truly and can be used as an effective supplement to the geological survey results. The feasibility and rationality of analyzing and mining the monitoring data of shield machine is verified by Guangzhou metro section.

Note: "Tunnel Construction" is a highly practical technical journal in the field of tunnel and underground engineering, and the core journal of Peking University.

On March 22, at the invitation of the National Marine Environmental Forecasting Center, attended the "Expert Consultation and Demonstration Meeting on the Simulation and Assessment of the Diffusion Path of the Fukushima Nuclear Contaminated Water in Japan".

During the meeting, the research group's study on the diffusion simulation of Fukushima contaminated water was reported from four aspects, including the event background, simulation methods, simulation results and problem discussion, and the in-depth discussion included the simulation animation of the main radioactive element tritium in Fukushima contaminated water and the analysis of the diffusion path, the countermeasures to the discharge plan and the related propositions of Tokyo Electric Power Company. The discharge of nuclear-contaminated water is not only an internal matter of TEPCO and the Japanese government. Its consequences may affect the Marine environment and ecology of the Pacific Ocean and therefore require the attention of Pacific Rim countries and international institutions.

The meeting also involved experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guangxi University.

On March 14 and 16, the subject-level and project-level performance evaluation meeting of "Application Information Platform of Rural Housing Design and Construction Technology" under the national Key research and development Plan "Key Technologies of Rural Housing Design and Construction" was held respectively in Beijing.

Among them, the 14th meeting evaluated the work performance of each research task under the project. As the person in charge of the research task "Lightweight Platform Framework and interface Technology based on GIS/BIM", I attended the meeting and reported the research results, technical innovation and completion of assessment indicators achieved in the four years of the research task. Experts formed a unified opinion after discussion, the six research tasks under the subject all passed the performance acceptance. The meeting on 16th accepted the work results of each subject under the project. Professor Zhao Hongrui, who is in charge of the project, will report on behalf of the project, and I will attend the meeting as the person in charge of the research task. After extensive discussion and inquiry, all subjects under the project passed the performance assessment.

The implementation period of the project "Information Platform for Application of Rural Housing Design and Construction Technology" is 2018-2022. Aiming at the problem of backward information technology application level of rural residential projects, this project developed a series of digital tools in planning, design and construction stage, and finally formed a complete information support platform. The task of "Lightweight platform framework and interface Technology based on GIS/BIM", which I am responsible for, focuses on key technologies such as data management, model visualization and platform development in the subject, which provides the platform framework foundation for the smooth promotion of the subject.
